These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vagabundo mobile application and this website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. No professional advice

Vagabundo provides itineraries and travel suggestions generated partly by automated systems. These are recommendations only and may not reflect real-time conditions, opening hours, safety issues or travel restrictions. Always double-check important details with official sources before you travel.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your own travel decisions and safety.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or interfere with its normal operation.
• If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. External links and services

The Service may link to third-party platforms such as accommodation providers, car rental agencies, bike rental services or ferry operators. These services are not controlled by us. When you use them, you do so under their own terms and privacy policies.

Some links may be affiliate links. If you complete a booking, we may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you.

5. Intellectual property

The Vagabundo name, logo and app design are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute significant parts of the Service without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vagabundo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any itinerary or travel information. We are not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from the use of the Service.

7. Changes to the Service

We may update, pause or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. When we make significant changes to these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date and may highlight changes in the app or on the website.
